o Want healthy glowing skin? Eat Right! Vitamin C is probably the most important of the healthy skin vitamins. Carrots, leafy greens, olive oil, flaxseeds, and avocados are all great skin boosters.

o Apply a good moisturizer. Be sure to use the right moisturizer for your skin type. Find out if you have normal, dry, oily, sensitive, or mature skin and choose the best moisturizer for you.

o Keep a nice bright smile. White, healthy teeth are a big confidence booster. If you’re starting with a not so bright smile use a teeth whitening kit, or get your teeth professionally whitened. To keep your new bright smile, brush and floss regularly (2-3 times a day) and visit the dentist at least once a year.

o Skip the tanning bed and use a sunless tanner to keep your skin looking and feeling young and healthy.

o Get rid of cellulite doing daily exercises and using a good quality cellulite cream. This doesn’t have to be expensive or painful. Simply add some squats to your morning routine and smooth on the cream after showering.

o Keep your hair healthy and shiny by eating right. Some foods will give your hair that extra boost it needs to look its best. Salmon, dark green veggies, beans, nuts, poultry, eggs, oysters, carrots, and whole grains are all great foods to add to your daily diet.

o Have tired puffy eyes? Try a few natural home remedies: Cold cucumber or potato slices, fresh cold strawberries, spoons left overnight in the freezer, and seeped, refrigerated tea bags all do wonders. Choose the remedy you like best (I like the tea bags), lay your head back and place your choice product over your eyes and simply relax for about 15 or 20 mins. You’ll look like a new woman!

o Get fuller, poutier lips by exfoliating, moisturizing, and opting for lighter lip shades than darker ones (professionals say “Light things appear to be magnified”). Also, after applying your lip color try dabbing a bit of clear gloss right in the center of your top and bottom lip for that extra pout effect.

o Dandruff can be a pain sometimes. Get a nice weekly or bi-weekly dandruff shampoo. If your dandruff is still bad, see a doctor about a prescription shampoo to add to your routine.

o Keep nice manicured nails by trimming them often, keeping cuticles down, and hands nicely moisturized.

o Have rough feet? Keep your feet soft with a nightly foot cream and a nice foot rock and salt scrub in the shower.
