The Dangers of Facial Cleansers

The-Dangers-of-Facial-Cleansers

Which is the best facial cream on the market? How do you know which really works for your skin?

Most women are using facial cleansers because soaps are just too harsh on facial skin. However, what most women do not know is that some of these cleansers are actually as bad as if not worse than soap.

The Dangers of Facial Cleansers

Undeniably, facial cleansers are meant to serve a good cause for your face. They are especially formulated to cleanse the face of free radicals, pollutants and make-up remnants that can be toxic when left to pile up on your skin layers. However, the problem with these cleansers is the fact that they may be doing more harm to your skin than good.

Some products, although they may claim to be the best facial cleanser contain harmful chemicals. These chemicals strip the skin’s lipids, essential oils and anti-oxidant properties. As such, the face becomes more prone to cell damage and wrinkles. For those who have dry skin, using the wrong skin care cleansers can make your epidermis more dehydrated and brittle.

For those who have oily skin, facial cleansers can make your skin temporarily drier but because of the temporary stripping off of oil, the skin reacts by producing more oil which eventually leads to clogged pores and breakouts.

Unfortunately however, it is not easy to give up facial cleansers because to do away without them makes most women’s beauty regimen lacking which almost always bring paranoia. Most women pair facial cleansers with moisturizers. However, moisturizers are not sufficient to counter the harmful effects of some facial cleansers.

The moisturizers can moisturize the skin only to a certain extent but it cannot really provide the skin with mechanism to improve the skin’s moisture retention capacity. Moisturizers do not have the essential anti-oxidant components to replenish what have been stripped off from the skin. Moreover, moisturizers alone cannot provide the skin the needed stimulation to prevent wrinkles.

What you can do instead is to use facial products that contain natural ingredients that stimulate the skin to produce more collagen. These ingredients are Cynergy TK, Coenzyme Q10, and Phytessence Wakame.

Cynergy TK, Coenzyme Q10, and Phytessence Wakame are proven effective in stimulating the skin to produce more collagen and elastin. Collagen and elastin are two essential protein components of collagen bundles that provide the skin firmness, elasticity and flexibility.
